Meanwhile, we have talked with HoD of Sweden Tine Matulessy
Femke is still looking as a big favourite to me. There is no betting though available on entries this year. It is one perfect stage show. Two countries in the end are really doing it brilliantly.
I don't really have an idea what is happening with Moldova on stage, in this kind of costumes it doesn't really look like a marine theme. So it must be something different. It looks a bit weird now though. Still it gives great impression, I think Moldova has chance to get their best result this year.
Upd: We've been told, this is futuristic space ship! Oh, well. It really can't be read from the performance, so delegation of Moldova are trying to change light and camera work to make it more obvious.
The Funkids from Georgia repeat successful production of previous Georgian entries and are widely tipped as one of the favourites of the show. The colourful performance is great on screens and should do really well.
As we have informed you already, the team of Ukraine had decided to drop out dancers (who are here in Amsterdam) from performance of Nastya. Now her solo act looks very much like Loreen, aka the banshee. Vocally it is perfect, and if jury will take this into consideration it should win jury vote.
Well, this is surely this dress that has started a lot of talks here in press-center. Definitely a kind that would have been prohibited in past years by Svante Stockselius, just remember the Ksenia or Yegor's ballerinas issues. EBU promises us they would check it, and we will see their decision on dress-rehearsal tomorrow. Otherwise, Igzidora is doing great job on stage, as good as song allows her.
Non-surprisingly, after rather cold reviews yesterday, delegation of Israel has changed the background and lights. Now it is blueish light, red dresses which look great, and the stage show is now looking almost perfect. The only chaotic part is when Daniel is playing piano, it didn't really fit the screen broadcast. It is the best song of the contest, and as it starts delivering as it should - it looks very dangerous.
Russia keeps looking great on stage, but in the adult Eurovision terms. I'm totally unsure same work with JESC. It is more about of cute kids, rather than stage divas. The "emo" dancers from Domisolka are doing great stage job. Lerika is a bit too shouty, but she will deliver it well during the final.
