Last night saw the launch party for the NRW-Forum event, Douze Points, that will be running for the next two weeks. The NRW-Forum is the Kulturhaus for Dusseldorf and features exhibtions focussing on the glamourous side of the art world
According to Werner Lippert of the Forum the place is a great place to meet other fans and the exhibition features a history of all the winners from the last 56 years. They also have a bar and restaurant and it's FREE ENTRANCE, which is always a plus......

The event was attended by Sietse Bakker himself, the supervisor of the whole Eurovision event in Dusseldorf and he gave a short speech opening the exhibition.....

Also at the event was DJ Ledivo, who plays jazz versions of Eurovision songs and we think that people may be seeing more of him over the next few weeks.......

And they have Eurovision Cocktails!!!!!!! We wanted a BLUE one but sadly they just looked at us blankly and pointed at the SATELLITE one......

Finally the guest performers for the evening arrived. Molvanian Hairline.....really what to make of them.....well watch the interview and performance and judge for yourself.......it was kinda hard keeping a straight face;-)))))
and while they really have the worst song ever the guys play all the instruments themselves......probably actually more talented than some of the wannabees that grace the Eurovision stage these days!!
Finally your roving esckazzers decided to call it a day as the very early morning start yesterday caught up with us and bed was looking like a great option......but not without a currybratwurst and chips on the way home....well we are in Germany!!!!!
