Last rehearsal for the day is Ukraine - the last country to perform in the second semi-final.
Melovin really takes the stage and is vocally good, but the song doesn't really do it for me. No doubt that it'll do well in my eyes though.

Perfect first run for Lea from Slovenia and in the hall the 'technical error' does come across very well. Vocally again flawless and the song's very lively after the entries from Latvia, Sweden and Montenegro.

No changes for the Montenegrin rehearsal it seems - there were some sound issues in the last part of the song but generally Vanja sounds great as always. The staging and song are very traditional and Inje is the only real Balkan ballad in this year's lineup. However, there's also Serbia with a slightly more uptempo ethnic entry - would there be place in the final for both of them this year?

Next up it's Benjamin Ingrosso for Sweden who once again has brought his colourful LEDwall. Unfortunately for those watching in the hall it's the only colour and light at that time when on screen of course it looks very slick and professional. I wonder if the lack of light in the hall could lower the excitement of the audience and in this way influence the impression people at home get of the performance.
