With a day and a half gone I suppose we really ought to give some opinions on what we've seen and heard so far.....
Okay.....bit boring to be honest overall, no WOW OMG moments at all.....
Poland.....weak weak weak vocal.....opps
Norway.....went up in our estimations, they dropped the key or something.....
Albania.....voice is very suited to the big arena, she's fab in every Diva way, do we smell a qualification? No.....but we have blocked noses;-)
Turkey.....all a bit meh isn't it? Worst rock entry for Turkey ever, but to be fair the guys can perform and will need to see the 2nd run through later this week to be sure about this
Serbia.....sailing through, huge hit in Euroclub last night. Well done
Russia, obviously this is going to sail through but we are divided on whether this will WOW the Saturday night audiences or not.....
Switzerland......love it but it's getting lost in the storm of post Russia giddyness...sorry
Georgia....ditch the green in the otherwise fabulous costumes and you have a contender for at least top 10 and possibly top 5, but at the moment this distracts badly.
Finland, possibly the most irritatingly catchy song in the whole contest, and simply staged and presented this is a contender of the darest horse kind, but a contender nonetheless
Malta..........Gleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, love it, love it, love it. Gonna struggle to get by the big hitters in this semi but you never know;-)))
