For some of our favs to pass but in the end as we said last night we were probably happiest at this result.

Estonia made it, while we both love the song, the vocal wasn't great in the hall but we will have to wait to see what it came across like on television....
Romania was ALWAYS a big fav in our house and after the shock of Turkey not passing we were kinda worried. Looking back though David Bryan sang his little heart out on stage and having seen glimpses of it on the screen it looked very effective
Moldova.....always a safe bet to pass and knowing the guys quite well now we were really pleased that they made it.
Ireland......did this win the semi? It seems likely that they did as once you see this you totally get it.
Bosnia. Another safe bet to pass, but I think that this is as well as this will do now in the final. Originally one of the favs to win the whole thing we think this will only top 10 at best.
Denmark.....is this a very dark horse? A great performance, and a catchy little pop-rock song that got everybody up and dancing.....hummmm
Austria. The new Johanna? Seriously this was just pure class and the curse of 2nd place in the running order was slightly dented by this passing...
Ukraine. Ok it's nice enough. In fact the song is very nice in the studio but we still don't get the sand art thing. All a bit distracting. But they got a great draw in the final so will probably do better than most think....
Slovenia. We said from the very beginning that this would blow Dana International of the stage, and she did. Maja is pure class vocally, brilliant
and finally Sweden. Nice to see them in the final but really and honestly is this going to trouble the scoreboard too much on Saturday???
We will post a little review of the final and draw later today once we have seen it in full at this afternoons rehearsal.....
