Tijana Dapcevic is one of Macedonia's biggest superstars on the planet. With ventures in music and theatre, Eurovision is her next goal. Find out how Tijana's first rehearsal went:
Macedonia are getting a very simple staging this year.
Tijana is having a little role in the choreography which is done by a break dancer. She's also doing this hand movement which at the end points to the sky.
I'm not entirely sure of both the interaction between Tijana and her dancer, unless there is something going on there which we haven't seen just yet. They seem to be making some robotic movements, so I don't know if that's in any way going to be translated in their outfits.
Macedonia have got a great backdrop by the way. There's a lot of gentle blue lightning going on, a lot of swirls which go over the backdrop and the stage, which give the song a very futuristic feel.
Despite the stage being huge, Tijana and her team make good use of it. The backing vocals start off together on the right side of the stage but end up taking part in the choreography and end up occupying the width of the stage, which is great. Probably one of the most effective line ups for the backings I have seen so far.
I think Macedonia just needs to get that interaction going between Tijana and her dancer. Apart from that, vocaly and stage wise, the act looks pretty polished.
